Workout Wednesday: Mile Repeats With Katelyn Tuohy

Katelyn Tuohy was the greatest female runner in high school history. That's just a straight fact.

The returning NCAA cross country champion remains one of the top athletes in college and could go after her second straight title in November.

So we want to throw it back to her time at North Rockland. During her time as a Red Raider, Tuohy went on to collect 11 New York state titles, three Nike Cross National wins and clocked an indoor national record in the 5K and outdoors in the mile and 3,200m.

Early on in North Rockland's 2019 cross country season, MileSplit caught up with Tuohy, whose team was doing mile repeats.

Here's the rundown of the workout.
