BEGINS AIRING LIVE JULY 29-AUGUST 5

In 2019, 14-year-old Cha'iel Johnson was on another level.

Johnson, who had been a significant young presence on the AAU level since she was eight years old, returned to the AAU Junior Olympic Games as a soon-to-be high schooler looking for wins in three races -- the 400m, 800m and 1,500m.

And Johnson didn't just win -- she dominated across all of the events. She completed the mid-distance triple for the 14yo age group, clocking elite times of 54.28, 2:09.38 and 4:42.48.

And in the 800m, it was more than just a win for Johnson. It also marked her fourth-straight AAU Junior Olympic title at the half-mile distance, dating back to 2016 when she earned her first win as an 11-year-old.

As an AAU athlete, Johnson accumulated nearly double-digit Junior Olympic wins to make for one of the most dominant middle distance youth athletes in the event's history.

But who could've been surprised? Athleticism certainly runs in the family, as Johnson is the daughter of former NFL star wide receiver Chad Johnson.
