Some of the top boys high jumpers in the country are already soaring to new heights.

So when analyzing the top year-over-year improvers in the event so far this outdoor season, many of the progressions are tremendous.

Heritage (TN) senior Grant Campbell currently leads all improvers in the high jump this year with over an 8-inch progression in the event compared to 2022. He's increased his PR from 6-6 to 7-2.25 in just a year's time, making him one of the top-ranked high jumpers in the nation.

Other athletes have produced substantial improvements, including five additional athletes who have raised the bar by half a foot or more in 2023.
