Florida is in its second week of the outdoor season and Aidan Dixon, the fastest boy in the 400m from indoors, wasted zero time to open up with a jaw-dropping performance at the East Coast Classic.

This weekend, Dixon continued the momentum of his season by debuting in the 400m with a lifetime best of 46.95.

Dennis Murray, the junior of Flager Palm Coast, finished second with a 48.92 and his teammate D'Zirath Steward was third in 49-flat.

Just two weekends ago, Dixon, the Port Orange Atlantic (FL) senior ran a new indoor personal best of 46.98 at the Florida Indoor Championships.

That wasn't all Dixon competed in this weekend. He also anchored his team to the 4x400m title with his blistering anchor leg.
