After Sage Wilde (Liberty North, MO) took both week one and week two honors, a new boy's winner emerged from the Midwest.

Thanks to his impressive win at the MSU Spartan Invitational on Sept. 16, where he ran a 5k PR of 14:56.96 to make for a 196 speed rating, Hilliard Davidson's (OH) Connor Ackley came out on top in the voting as the top performer of week three. The senior gathered a majority 41% of the vote to earn the award win.

Now in week four, which athlete produced the most eye-catching performance out on the course?

Following competitions all over the country -- in Texas, New York, Minnesota and elsewhere -- we have another list of noteworthy nominations for week four.

Kevin Sanchez, Austin Vandegift (TX): Clocked 14:24.10 to win the HOKA One/McNeil Elite Invitational.

Noah Breker, Robbinsdale Armstrong (MN): Won the Roy Griak Invitational in 15:31.10 to make for his fourth-straight meet win of the season.

Devan Kipyego, St. Raphael Academy (RI): Made his season debut at the Ocean State XC Invitational, where he won in 14:57.00, good for a 194 speed rating and his first-ever 5k performance under 15 minutes.

Jimmy Wischusen, Union Catholic (NJ): Opened up his fall season with a win at the Bowdoin Classic in 15:54.2, equating to a 189 speed rating.

Landon Heemeyer, Rocky Mountain (ID): Won the Bob Firman Invitational with a 14:58.4 5k performance, which makes for a 193 speed rating and his second-straight race under 15 minutes and leading Rocky Mountain to a team victory.

Drew Griffith, Butler (PA): Won the 29th Annual Carlisle Invitational with a 5k PR 14:49.30 performance, gapping the field by nearly 40 seconds.
