Performance: Kelly enters this season as a newcomer to the sport of track and field and now he's leaving this year as a state champion.
The freshman won his first state title with a lifetime best and a PA No. 1 jump of 48-1 (+1.5). He improved on his 47-0 performance just a week earlier at the PIAA District 3A Championships.
