Recently, FloTrack traveled to Houston, Texas, to document the University of Houston's sprinters as they dug in and put down some training on their block starts. Overseen by Olympic champion Carl Lewis, the squad is readying for the remainder of the NCAA season.
Lewis led the group through wicket drills and block starts and accelerations.
