The race toward the No. 1 ranking in the Class of 2022 shot put is upon us. 

The boys side features the nation's best throwers, from Tucker Smith and Tarik Robinson-O'Hagan, to Zane Forist, Kyle Clabaugh and Gary Moore.

The premier girls in 2022 include Mensi Stiff, Carlie Weiser, Trinity Franklin and Emma Callahan, among others.
