Parekh is a three-time IHSA Class 2A outdoor champion, and largely has had strong performances against national competition across her three seasons in track and field.

She also has had top finishes at the IHSA Class 2A Cross Country State Championships, where she finished fourth as a freshman and third as a sophomore.

While the state's annual cross country championships were canceled last year due to the rising COVID-19 cases in Illinois, Parekh won the XC Championships in replace of it. The meet was considered the unofficial state-title meet of 2020.
