A lot of improvement can happen in a span of two years.
But if we're looking to identify an athlete who epitomizes the idea of rapid development, look no further than Woonsocket's Tarik Robinson-O'Hagan.
Any freshman will improve over a matter of two seasons.
But Robinson-O'Hagan's drastic rise tells a deeper story about one individual's shift from aspiring athlete to star. He set a new Connecticut state record in the shot put in 2021 -- as a junior -- with a mark of 67 feet, 9.75 inches.
His two-year growth saw a total improvement of over 20-feet. And quite honestly, few athletes in this list were even close to that.
