The New Jersey native was one of the most dominant middle distance runners in NCAA history this year, earning collegiate records in the outdoor 400m (49.57), the indoor 800m (1:58.40), the indoor 600m (1:25.8), the outdoor 800m (1:57.73) and the outdoor 4x400m relay (3:22.34, splitting 48.85).
It was only appropriate that the Texas A&M superstar moved to the professional level. She is as ready as she'll ever be. There was, after all, little left that she had to accomplish in the NCAA despite her short one-year tenure.
