* Bullis School's (MD) Victoria Perrow clocked a 7.39 in the girls 60m dash at the VA Beach Club Opener in early December.

How have athletes progressed in either (or both) of the 55m and 60m dashes over the last three seasons? We analyzed only those athletes who competed in the 55m and 60m so far this year, and across the last three years. 

The fastest at 55m dash athlete -- who has run all of the past three years? That honor went to Eleanor Roosevelt's (MD) Laurenz Colbert. The senior holds the current US No. 3 time in the 55m dash with his 6.35 from The VA Showcase. In his junior year, he ran 6.41 while in his sophomore year he clocked a 6.66.

The girls leader, meanwhile, is Bullis School's (MD) Victoria Perrow. She also currently holds the US No. 3 mark in the nation with her 6.84 from The VA Showcase. During her junior year, Perrow ran 6.96 while during her sophomore year she ran a 7.06.
