So far this year, top programs in the PAC-12 have landed a collection of talented, nationally-ranked recruits.  

However, one team that has stood out in particular, both on the men's and women's sides, is the University of California, Berkeley.

It's not that the Golden Bears haven't brought in good recruits before. If you look at prior recruiting classes, Cal has actually added some very deep groups of distance runners.

However, this year's recruiting class seems to be stronger than usual and quite balanced. The incoming Berkeley recruits own accolades that will surely yield top-tier firepower, depth and scoring diversity.
