6 Athletes That Are Absolutely Crushing The Outdoor Season

Top 6 Athletes: Boling - Foster - Cooper - Davis - Strangio - Moore

Tyrese Cooper, Miami Norland (FL)

Cooper will go down as one of the most dominant high school sprinters we've ever seen. For four straight seasons he's been electric on the track -- that's unheard of. It took Matthew Boling time to develop into a consistent national threat. Cooper was a version of his nickname, 'Smoke,' by the time he was a freshman.

The Oregon recruit's season has been very good so far. He's lowered his 100m career best down to a wind-legal 10.32 seconds -- that race gave him a Pepsi Florida Relays title. His season PRs are a US No. 7 effort of 20.99 in the 200m and a US No. 1 of 46.83 in the 400m. Cooper has put more focus into individual races in 2019, which has led to success. But as we've seen in previous years, Cooper's best form is ahead of him this spring. And since he missed the state championships last year, there's motivation to win in his final time out.
