6. Grace Stark
School: White Lake Lakeland (MI)
Why: Stark is fast rising in the sprints and hurdles, where she's coming off a gold medal in the 100mH at the Youth Olympics in Argentina. Stark ran an all conditions mark of 12.83 for the 30-inch hurdles in October. It's tied for the fastest overall time ever run by a high school girl in the event -- tying another all conditions mark previously set by Tara Davis. She also won a national title at New Balance Nationals Outdoor in 13.24 seconds. Stark's speed is shining through, too, though. She was third at NBNO in the 100m in a personal best of 11.47 seconds.
