Why: He only ran one race outdoors this spring, but he was dominant over the indoor season. He broke an indoor national record in the 300m with an effort of 32.64 seconds and was No. 2 in the 200m in 20.95. He also won a New Balance Nationals Indoor title in the 400m with a time of 46.31 seconds.
