Blue-Chip RecruitsNo. 16 Lily Flynn (NY), No. 23 Alexa Rossum (GA), No. 26 Grace Connolly (MA),

Other Big Names: Morgan Foster (AZ), Kristin Fahy (CA), Ellie Talius (WA)

Skinny: The Cardinal grabbed some quality recruits. Flynn's appeal stems mostly from her versatility. The mid-distance runner from the Ursuline School (NY) has posted top 50 all-time efforts in the indoor 600m and 1K and has gone 4:27.80 in the 1500m outdoors, 2:09.74 in the 800m and 10:05.80 in the 3K. Those are legit numbers. With a steady foundation this fall, Connolly is fast moving toward some of those records, too. Indoors, she's gone 1:39.07 in the 600m and 4:33.44 in the 1500m and 10:10.42 in the 3K. She's posted top outdoor times of 2:13.41 in the 800m and 4:49.34 in the 1-mile and in cross country remains one of the top runners in the country. Fahy is another good recruit on the distance side, while Rossum completes this class with superb sprinting credentials, owning PRs of 11.63 in the 100m and 23.43 in the 200m. She's also posted a top 400m time of 56.90 outdoors.
