Blue-Chip Recruits: Brooke Jaworski (WI), Sophia Falco (Transfer, Vanderbilt), Julien Alfred (Saint Lucia)

Other Big Names: MiKenna Robinson (IL), Alyssa Duhart (TX), Halena Rahmaan (TX), Jennelle Jaeger (TX)

Skinny: Strength in numbers. The first recruiting class for new head coach Edrick Floreal and the University of Texas has all the look of a reshaping. Historically, Floreal has specialized in making athletes great in the hurdles, which means the addition of Jaworski -- the top returning athlete in the 400m and a U20 qualifier -- is right in his wheelhouse. But the man knows how to coach, and Alfred, an international-signing from Saint Lucia, could be a steal. She's gone 11.53 (+1.8) in the 100m and 23.78 (+0.8) in the 200m and could have some real strength in the relays. The Longhorns also picked up some solid 800m runners in Robinson and Jaeger and a very good distance recruit in Rahmaan.
