Three of the eight Nike Cross Regionals are already complete, though two more are on the calendar this weekend with NXR South and NXR Southwest.

Up first we'll tackle the top 500 returners from the NXR South field. The race will take place on November 17 at  the Bear Branch Soccer Fields in The Woodlands, Texas. 

Some of the top returning talents include athletes such as London Culbreath, Ashlyn Hillyard and Isabel Van Camp.
