Girls Races:

100m:  Sophmore Briana Williams from Northeast High School (Oakland Park, FL) ran a new US No. 1 time in the 100m dash at the Bob Hayes Invitational. Williams ran 11.13 (1.7) for not only the new US No. 1 time but also a new 15-year-old age group world record, previously held by Marion Jones. Her time also ties her as the fourth-fastest all-time mark with Jacksonville's Chandra Cheeseborough and Colorado Springs, Ashley Owenin high school history.
