9. University of Kentucky
The absolute centerpiece of this class isn't really a surprise. The Wildcats landed Olympic hurdler Sydney McLaughlin in November and that's likely attributed to Kentucky's strong coaching staff, including head coach Edrick Floreal, who's guided athletes to five NCAA Championships and 81 All-American nods. He's especially prominent in the hurdles, where he's worked with Kendra Harrison and Jasmine Camacho-Quinn. The Wildcats also earned their first No. 1 ranking last year and were the runner-ups at the NCAA Championships in 2015.
