The first round of NXN Regionals went down this weekend. With elite teams racing across the country, we take a look at the Tullyrunners speed ratings to see how athletes actually performed in their races. Below you will find merged team scores from the three regionals this weekend based on their speed ratings.
In short, a speed rating is a number attributed to an XC performance, roughly one point per three seconds, adjusted for overall race quality and depth. Using these numbers, we can compare apples to apples, in terms of XC performances.
