Today was the course preview day. We woke up at 8:45 and had another decent breakfast. Mostly eggs and croissants. After that we went to the room and changed to go to the course. Left at 11:00 for the course and just jogged through it a couple of times. It wasn't raining but it was still really muddy. After jogging through the course Paul, Austin, and I ran some laps around the park to get 6.
Walked back to the hotel and showered before heading to lunch. Lunch was the same as yesterday. Lots of chicken and fish with some pasta and bread rolls. After lunch we just hung out in our room relaxing and listening to music. Team meeting was at 5:30 and we just went through all the final preparations and then had dinner. Dinner was similar to lunch where we just had chicken, fish, pasta, and bread rolls. All of us a ready to race and hoping to do well for Team USA.
