4. Two-time Foot Locker Finalist Taylor Werner Back On Top
Taylor Werner of Ste. Genevieve is one of the most successful distance runners in the history of Missouri. She qualified for Foot Locker Nationals as a freshman and sophomore, placing 13th and 10th, respectively, but suffered from injuries in her junior campaign. Now healthy again, the senior nailed a solid 17:38.8 win for her season opener at the Forest Park XC Festival - about 11 seconds faster than her run on the same course last fall.
