MileSplit All-American Team - Girls 200m/300m Dash

An age group record breaker growing up, Lauren Rain Williams has not stopped that progression of greatness into year two of her high school career. Williams, a sophomore at Oaks Christian in California, won her first national title two weeks ago at the New Balance Nationals in the 200 meter dash running just off her US #1 season best of 23.39 with her 23.46 victory in the finals at the Armory. After running unattached as a freshmen, Williams will now be chasing after her first of hopefully many California state titles this spring.
