Analysis: Graydon Morris will be the top returner at this year's Foot Locker Nationals meet. In 2016 as a freshman, Morris finished 34th. Last year he made a huge jump and placed second behind 2018 Sandburg High School (IL) graduate, Dylan Jacobs. Morris has been a strong runner who's come through when he needs to qualify for big races. Last year he did the UIL Class 5A distance sweep. He took home the cross country state title running 14:58.90, then won both the 1600m (4:15.40) and 3200m (9:14.95) on the track in the spring.
