Sam Affolder Dropped A Sub-9 Effort In The 3200m At Dogwood
1. No surprise here.
Loudoun Valley's Sam Affolder, one of the top distance runners in the country, earned his first performance under nine minutes in the 3200m on Saturday, going a US No. 22 mark of 8:59.82 at the Dogwood Track Classic.

2. But hey, let's not forget the boys E.C. Glass sprint medley relay squad, which went a US No. 1 effort of 3:27.49. Capping off the effort for the program was 800m specialist Theo Woods, who eventually went on to claim the 800m win in a US No. 10 effort of 1:52.29. Check out the race above.
