Join us for some postseason action at the premier cross country course in the Southeast. The regular high school season may be over, but Garmin RunningLane Cross Country Championships (RXC) provides an opportunity for high schoolers across the nation to get in one more shot at excellence.

On Saturday, December 4th we will be hosting the post-season event of the year for athletes and teams to cap off their cross country season.

6:30 am-10:30 am Central Time @ John Hunt Cross Country Park



Participants will:

1) Run on the fastest 5k cross country course in the nation

2) Have a post season championship as an individual or with their team

3) Have the opportunity to purchase an awesome RXC race shirt

We will also be hosting an open race open to participants of all ages.



Event schedule subject to change pending the amount of entries per each race. Championship races are subject to be divided into Gold, Silver and Bronze Divisions based upon seed time. Each division will have around ~300 athletes comprised of both teams and individuals. Ranking metrics will be largely based on Milesplit50 and subsequent rankings based on time counting for 3mi to 5K time conversions as well as various altitude conversions. Award ceremony times TBA.

7:30am - Community Race

8:00am - Blue Boys Race

8:30am - Bronze Girls Race

9:00am - Bronze Boys Race

9:30am - Silver Girls Race

10:00am - SilverBoysRace

10:45am - Gold Girls Race

11:30am - Gold Boys Race

12:15pm (top 20 individuals and top 3 teams from Gold Race, Top 3 FR, SO, JR, SR from compiled results)

TOP 10 INDIVIDUALS: 1st, 2nd, 3rd will receive RXC Belts. 1-10 will receive blinged out Championship All-American Rings along with 1st Team All-American Shirts

TOP 11-20 INDIVIDUALS: Will receive 2nd Team All-American Shirts

TOP 3 FRESHMAN, SOPHMORE, JUNIOR & SENIORS will receive special RXC Singlets

The winning boys and girls teams will be etched into RXC history on our 3' Perpetual Trophy. **2020 Boys Champion: American Fork (UT) & 2020 Girls Champion: Mountain Vista (CO)





For the championship Gold races we will have the top 30 teams largely based on the Milesplit50 rankings and then factoring in other metrics like team 5k average, head to head matchups and the next fastest 100 individuals. Our goal is to create the most competitive races we can and divide it in the fairest way possible! No race should exceed over ~300 runners.
