PATIENCE...GEDULD
I am not sure how many more times I have to remind myself to be patient, but I do it often. Today I talked with C.B. about patience and then with Fritz. I get so impatient sometimes, and I have to keep being reminded that I have to be patient with this distance running thing. It is always nice to be reassured from Christian (who is like a god to me) and FritzBoss (because he is like another dad in my running world!) I am glad to know that FritzBoss is in this with me for the long run too. Sometimes I get like scared if I don't run fast enough that he is like going to let me go or something! hahaha Man oh man. Josi, calm down and be patient DANGIT! hahahhaha
