It's been an exciting final month of cross country action and the newest group of underclassmen runners has shown us all what's next for distance running in the United States.

Baylor School 's (TN) Addy Cotter raced to the 4th fastest 5K time of the month last Friday at the Tennessee XC State Championships. The freshman finished 2nd in the race, crossing the line in 17:28.23 - just 2 seconds off her personal best she set last month at the Frank Horter Classic.
