Coming off of a busy weekend riddled with high-caliber performances, there's truly no better time to take a look at the top improvers so far this season in one of the most challenging races in the sport.
After a big-time PB at the UIL 6A - District 29, San Marcos (Texas) junior Bradie Whited s is the top improver this season, and the only one to take over 20 seconds off of his 2024 mark.
Quincy Wilson (Bullis School, Md.) and Lake Belton's (Texas) Kendrick Jones Jr. are stied for the No. 1 spot in the country this year, each running 45.27 at separate meets.
