One of the best parts about the first few meets of the indoor season is showcasing the countless hours of work that you've put in over since the end of outdoor early on in the season.

Already, 201 boys have ran their lifetime best times, while 183 girls have followed suit.

On the boys side, Oakland's (CA) Anthony Singleton owns the season's largest improvement so far, shaving over five seconds off of his 2023 mark at the KYA HS Indoor Classic.

For the girls, it's Howard Tech's (DE) Tenesha Smith. She's improved by just under four seconds, doing so at The Marine Corps Holiday Classic at the end of last month.

Take a look below at the nation's best improvers in the 200m this indoor season.
