It was a wild week of high school cross country -- and that's putting it lightly.
Three of the four national No. 1 marks in the 5K and 3-mile distances went down this weekend, the majority of fast 3-mile times coming from the Woodbridge XC Classic in Irvine, California and the 5K lot doing most of their damage at The Southern Showcase in Huntsville, Alabama.
