Some all-time hurdlers have emerged on the track during the 2023 outdoor season.
Looking at the top hurdlers in the country at both the 110m and 300m distances, some notable names stand out, including state champions and a slew of athletes from one state in particular.
It's a two-way tie for the top ranking among hurdlers as two Texas greats -- Donovan Bradley of Humble Summer Creek and Jarvis Anderson from Taylor -- both have 49.60 combined marks this season. Bradley holds the faster time at the shorter distance of 13.37, while Anderson earns the advantage in the 300mH with a time of 35.96.
In total, five athletes have combined times under 50 seconds, and the state of Texas largely dominates the list with six hurdles among the top 10.
