Who were the top combined shot put and discus throwers on the 2022 season?
This year, top honors went to Casey Helm, a Princeton recruit from Kansas, and Emma Sralla, a U20 athlete for Sweden who's been making waves in Texas as a prep.
Casey Helm, a recent graduate from Madison (KS), was one of two boys over 270 feet combined in both events, while Sralla, who competes for Lewisville Marcus, has nine feet more than the next closest athlete.
