Big Things To Come As Micah Larry Preps For adidas Nationals

- - -

For Micah Larry, adidas Outdoor Nationals is dedicated to the ones who supported him and looked up to him throughout his track and field journey. He wanted to finish his junior season with a bang and give his supporters a show in the 100m and long jump.

Looking deeper, he felt that there was a target on his back after his No. 8 all-time long jump of 25-11.50 at the FHSAA 2A Outdoor Track and Field Championships a month ago. As he reflected on his goals for this meet and moving forward into his senior year, there are a few things he wants to check off his bucket list before he graduates.

Larry is on a mission to break through barriers and records -- a sub-10-second 100m and 26-10 in the long jump are on his radar to accomplish over the next 365 days.

The Montverde Academy (FL) junior calls himself "patient," so even if this isn't accomplished this weekend, he will continue to strive towards these goals.

At the end of the day, Larry feels ready to accomplish some big things in Greensboro, North Carolina.
