Charlize Trinity-McKenzie Does A Little Bit Of Everything

Next up in our For The Record series is Cedarburg sophomore Charlize Trinity-McKenzie, who is fast becoming one of the best middle-distance runners in the country.

She currently leads Wisconsin in the 400m, 600m, 800m, 1,000m, 1,600m and the 3,000m and has clocked a U.S. No. 1 effort of 1:31.65 in the 600m and a U.S. 2 time of 2:48 in the 1K.

Is she the next Roisin Willis?

Time will only tell, but McKenzie dives into her season, her top performances, her mentality and what motivates her on the track.

Check out what the fast-emerging star had to say herself.
