Workout Wednesday: San Antonio Reagan On The Road To State

We caught up with the ladies from San Antonio Reagan (TX) High School before their region meet. The team did a few reps mostly focused on form and staying smooth to prepare for the upcoming region meet.

This weekend several of these ladies will be competing in the UIL Class 6A State Championships on Saturday in Austin, Texas. The team enters the meet with the best 4x100m relay time in the nation with its 45.48 from the district championships.
