* North Broward's Mackenzie Osher has made huge gains year-over-year in the 200m

- - -

Athletes from across the United States are making up for lost time in 2021.

But perhaps no sprinter exemplifies that attitude more than North Broward's Mackenzie Osher, who has absolutely annihilated her personal record times from a year ago.

In fact, Osher has recorded the 10th-best improvement year-over-year in the 200m of anyone -- though she's the only athlete in the top 30 within that list who has run under 25 seconds.

The North Broward senior has cut just under three seconds (2.97) off from her previous best time of 27.16, registering a wind-legal effort of 24.19 (+1.9), which currently stands as the No. 17 time in the country.

What a year it's been for the Florida athlete.
