Lebanon's (OH) Faith Duncan in the lead at the Bob Schul Invitational she had the 16th fastest 5k time of the weekend.

Cross country is in full swing so we're breaking out the top 50 5K and 3-mile performances each week.

This week some of the standouts for 5K were Benzie Central (MI) sophomore Hunter Jones who clocked a

15:00.65 at the Benzie Central Pete Moss Invite, and Tristian Merchant from Anchorage Christian High School (AK) who ran 15:03.80 at the Grizzly Invitational.

The top girls over the 5K distance in the last week were Traverse City Central (MI), junior

Julia Flynn and Birmingham Seaholm (MI) senior Audrey Dadamio the duo clocked a

16:51.27 and a 17:17.22 respectively at the Benzie Central Pete Moss Invite.
