As the indoor track and field season approaches, we'll be taking a look at the top boys returners in each category in 2020.

Benson (OR) High School senior Micah Williams, for instance, is the country's top sprint talent returning this winter and spring. A year ago, the west coast-based athlete won New Balance Nationals Indoor in the 60m with a top time of 6.17 seconds. It was one of just two indoor events for Williams in 2019.
