In her first indoor meet of the season, Mulhern, a freshman at West Chester Henderson in Pennsylvania, ran 9:55.35 to come away with the win at the Yale Classic.
The 2019 PIAA XC State Champion in Class AAA, she most recently placed ninth in the PTFCA State Indoor Meet 3000m (10:13.62).
It looks like during the outdoor season her focus will be the 1600m and the 3200m.
