Why: Although there are some very talented 200m runners this year, we haven't seen a single athlete break the 21-second 200m barrier. The closest to running sub-20-seconds an athlete has come was Plainfield North (IL) High School's Marcellus Moore, who ran 21.09 just this past weekend at the UK High School Invitational.
