Boys At-Large No. 1: Grant Gardner (Declined)

School: Springville (UT)

Place At Regionals: Did not run (flu)

Skinny: Was unable to compete at NXR Southwest due to the flu, but Gardner had one of the top individual season in Utah, winning all seven of his races and his first Utah Class 5A championship. He also ran a career best of 15:06.70 for 5K.

Boys At-Large No. 2: Alex Maier (Accepted)

School: Flower Mound (TX)

Place At Regionals: 32nd

Skinny: Maier is a two-time top 15 finisher at NXN who won his first Class 6A title in Texas this season and posted a career best time of 14:34.92.

Boys At-Large No. 3: Cruz Gomez (Accepted)

School: PSJA Memorial

Place At Regionals: 13th

Skinny: The Texan had a memorable senior campaign, winning five races, including the McNeil Invitational in a career best 14:48.66, and recently, Foot Locker South in a time of 15:04.80.

Boys At-Large No. 4: Conant Smith (Declined)

School: Middletown (OH)

Place At Regionals: Did not run

Skinny:  He went undefeated in Ohio, ran a career best of 14:56.10 and won his first Division I championship in Ohio.

Boys At-Large No. 5: Jack Stanley (Accepted)

School: Mendham (NJ)

Place At Regionals: Did not run

Skinny: He won nine races over his senior season, including the Morris County Championships in a PR of 15:09.30, the NJSIAA Group Championships, and recently, the Foot Locker Northeast Regional in 15:30.20.


Alternates:
