Pouring rain at last year's Eastern Relays?
It made no difference for Lakota East (OH) High's Dustin Horter, who dropped the field in a huge effort at 3200m.
Horter went under nine minutes at the distance for the first time in his career, outpacing a talented field that included Notre Dame signee and duPont Manual's Yared Nuguse.
