Why: This is another record that has Sammy Watson's name all over it. Watson ran the anchor leg for Rush- Henrietta that year, beating out two other strong runners in Suffern's Kamryn McIntosh who was at the time the 600m national record holder and Doriann Coleman from Oak Park. Also on the Rush Henrietta squad was sprint sensation Lanae-Tava Thomas, who currently holds one of the best marks in the country in the 200m.
