One of the biggest moves this off-season is sophomore sensation Sam Affolder of Carlise High in Pennsylvania. Next year Affolder will join Peter Morris, Jacob Hunter & company at Loudoun Valley (VA). Loudoun Valley is already third on the 3200m returning team scores without Affolder on the list. With the addition of a 9:02 3200m to the list, watch out for Loudoun Valley to be the team to beat this 2017 XC season.
