Delaware's Top 5 Indoor Performers to Watch This Winter

3. Kayla Woods, Wilmington Tatnall, junior

It has to be a good sign when a personal record comes before Christmas. But that's exactly what happened for Woods on Dec. 17 at the AT&T Coaches Hall of Fame meet in New York when she lept 5 feet, 4 inches. It currently stands as US #26. A year prior, she had finished third at the Delaware state meet but only finished with a mark of 4-10. Woods, who also races in the 400, still has room left to grow in the high jump.
