Motor City TC leads loaded girls sprint events
The Oak Park High School girls from Michigan are defending national champions in the 4x400-meter relay. Anna Jefferson anchored that relay -- competing as Motor City TC -- in 54.30. Motor City ranks No. 2 in the nation this year with a best of 3:48.31.
Now a senior commited to the University of Virginia, Jefferson ranks No. 14 in the nation (55.54) in the 400m. She'll also race that event as well as the open 60m and 60m-hurdles.
But while Motor City is a sure favorite, Jefferson will have plenty of competition in the open events...
