Last outdoor track season these two sophomores both won World Gold medals. Noah won the gold for the 200m dash at the World Youth Olympic Games and Josephus won gold as a member of the 4x400m team representing the USA at World Jrs. Josephus also won an individual gold at New Balance Outdoor Nationals in the 400m, which he talks about most in this interview.
